Introducing Online Programs & Groups

Happy New Year! I have an exciting announcement. now includes 15 online programs. Online Programs are gamified courses ranging from a few days to a few weeks that cover topics from healthy baking and sugar reset to the top 10 exercises you can do at home. I included beginner runner, meditation, and glute development challenges. There is even a crash course in productivity.

Groups are small communities you share progress with and look for additional support amongst your peers. You can share pictures, links, documents, and videos in groups. Group support helps you get more from your online programs.

If that's not enough, there are a handful of workouts recorded from the previous year that you can do on your own.
