Dr. Johnson has coached three track state champions and numerous Boston Marathon qualifiers. He is certified by the Road Runner's Club of America and USA Track and Field.
Chris' marathon PR (personal record) is 2:49 and his half marathon PR is 1:19. He has qualified for the Boston Marathon six times.
With years of collegiate cross country and track as well as private road race coaching experience, Chris knows exactly how to make you race as fast as possible while keeping it fun!
In addition to coaching, Chris has written two sport improvement books, one specifically on running, PR Pace.
Dr. Johnson is a Certified Specialist in Exercise Therapy and Corrective Exercise. Chris is trained to help you continue progressing after physical therapy.
Chris is also a Certified Positive Psychology Practitioner and has conducted research on leadership and human flourishing as well as published books on finding your purpose. By making workouts fun and exciting, focusing on crafting programs clients enjoy, he uses sports as a modality to help people live happier and more fulfilling lives.
